European Union Customers

If your business is registered within the European Union, you can access our 0% VAT rate when a valid European VAT number is presented. This option is applicable only when the transaction is processed outside of online store.

Here's how to proceed:

1.Send an email request for a proforma invoice. Make sure to include your valid European VAT number in your correspondence. We will validate it on VIES.

2. Upon receipt of the proforma invoice, please proceed with payment through wire transfer or payment link to use immediate bank transfer, card or Google Pay payment options.

This procedure is in place to ensure that European customers can take advantage of intra-community transactions, which allow for the application of 0% VAT. Remember, this option is not available for transactions made directly through our online store as it does not support the verification process required for 0% VAT transactions.

International Customers

All business customers outside of the EU are eligible for 0% VAT rate. A VAT number is not required for these customers. Simply request a proforma invoice via email and proceed payment through wire transfer or payment link. For your convenience, we will provide a 0% VAT invoice.

In general, European Union shipments under 5kg gross weight are delivered express within 24-48 hours. We offer free shipping for all orders within Europe exceeding 300 euro. A flat rate delivery charge of 25 euro is applied for orders below this amount.

For customers outside of Europe, please note that deliveries may take longer. Reach out to us directly to discuss delivery time and options for your location.

Our main shipping partner is TNT. Large shipments are delivered by Schenker and DSV.

Business-to-Business (B2B) customers are encouraged to request a proforma invoice and complete payment via wire transfer or payment link to take advantage of intra-community 0% VAT rate.

We accept immediate bank transfers (available for France and Spain only), all major bank cards, including Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Google Pay.

Offline Payment Methods:

We can provide proforma invoice for wire transfer or secure payment link on request. This is especially useful when a special discount has been negotiated.
