ProfElec delivers goods on the following INCOTERMS: DDP (EU only), EXW, FCA and CPT (INCOTERMS 2010). Our main shipping partners are DHL, TNT, UPS and DPD. Large and volume orders are delivered via Schenker, Kuehne+Nagel or Raben. Please indicate your shipping preference during order placement. Orders outside the European Union are only fulfilled under FCA and CPT terms and shipped via TNT, UPS, DHL or airfreight.
We provide free EU delivery to our regular customers and for orders above €1,000.

Delivery time estimate
The stock goods are shipped within 48 hours from order confirmation. Parcels are dispatched and are delivered on a working days only. You will receive your material no later than noon for an order placed 2 working days in advance. Non-stock material is normally shipped within 1-4 weeks. The lead time for some made-to-order products is usually 6 to 8 weeks. Your Account Manager will provide all the information during your order confirmation.
If you order stock goods and non-stock material together, the lead time is accounted by the last goods received from the manufacturer. However, if you would like the stock products to be delivered immediately, please let us know during the order placement.
Incorrect contact details entries such as telephone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may lead to delays in the delivery. Please verify your data carefully when placing orders.
Once your order is dispatched, ProfElec will send you the carrier details along with the the tracking reference number. The AWB tracking code allows you to track the delivery status on the carrier's website on the day of delivery.
Please verify the parcel condition and the goods immediately upon the receipt. If a parcel or an item is damaged, you must refuse the delivery and sign it as 'Damaged'. In any case, the delivered material must be checked within 24 hours and any problem must be reported to ProfElec and the logistics company within this period. Later claims will not be accepted.
