Bank Transfer

Business accounts can pay invoices by bank transfer. Upon your order placement you will receive an email with a proforma invoice within one hour with our bank details. Upon receipt of the payment, ProfElec issues an Order Confirmation form.

Business accounts with regular and large volume orders can benefit from net 30 days payment terms from invoice date, subject to qualification by the Financial Controller.

Online Payments

We accept the following online payment methods:
+ 3D secure transactions with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro
+ We also accept payment by PayPal and Western Union

Online payment fees of 3.5% will be added to the invoice.

Payment Security

ProfElec uses “Secure Socket Layer (SSL)” technology to encrypt and protect your data entries. SSL certificate validity can be verified at any time from your browser. Please see that that the URL at the top of the browser starts with "https" instead of "http" which means you are in safe mode. Our website does not support unsecure connections. ProfElec respects the your confidentiality and your credit card data is not stored in our databases.

Taxes & Duties

ProfElec delivers products at a 0% VAT rate for Customers located in the European Union, subject to provision of a valid VAT number. For International deliveries outside European Union, any taxes and duties outside the European Union are a sole responsibility of the customer.
